Marriage equality is not the only issue in the LGBTQ equality movement. But it is undeniably very important. Besides it simply being the right and moral thing to do, it will be a BIG chunk out of the wall of discrimination. Discrimination in employment, public facilities, & housing will be even HARDER for bigots to defend.
